Follow Ups VIII

Hi hi,

This week...

I. Followed up with one of our factories to pitch our brand to them for a test indie run level. Typically it takes 5-10k units to run a product, sometimes going down to 2k units but even that is a lot of lotions to sell on your first pass as a startup brand. We have been trying to launch the brand with a retailer that helps support a larger initial order, but the process has been a little slower and I'm excited to get started. Wanting to take the advice of 'don't wait till it's perfect, get your product out there' and trying to look at this launch differently and find different ways to do so. Praying for wisdom here and trusting God with the outcome.

II. Sent a follow up email to a wise mentor, looking forward to our next phone call.

III. Sent followup emails to a few retail potentials. Aiming to stay in touch with patience and tact. 

IV. One personal one - we came home to deer on our hill the other evening! We live in San Diego so deer are not a normal sighting around here, it was so special to sit in the truck with the kids and watch them roam (until they jumped our fence and started eating my favorite roses!). Not deer candy, but still sweet.
