Happy almost Thanksgiving! This week…
I. Met with a potential retail box designer for our garden brand, always exciting to meet new people. We talked about doing a custom oil painting of our hose next to a vintage car at an Italian home - how pretty would that be? Going the opposite of AI altered imagery with old school beautiful painting. Have been dreaming about that for a while and was excited to meet someone with a passion for painting.
II. At church this past Sunday our pastor repeated something he shared last year that truly stuck with me. “Gratitude is not just a feeling, gratitude is also a choice.” - Pastor Jeremiah
III. Getting things ready for my son’s third birthday party this weekend. Last time we had a party at our house my mother in law said how she usually prepped the pretty things days before, may sound obvious but that never dawned on me as I hurried around the morning of to get everything done! This year it’s actually been fun to play with the little excavators to make the set up feel fun and special for my little man.
