Hi hello hi. Just thought about doing a weekly update on what I’m working on for the brand each week. Starting with the first (inspired by John Otho Yeiser IV, my dad, I have a love for generational Roman numerals) this week and hoping to go at least through the fifth (five week goal!), and maybe more. Originally thought of calling it “Wednesdays” but laughing to myself about calling it “Follow Ups” since this brand feels like it’s being built one follow up at a time :)
This week…
I. Sent a follow up email to a buyer on a meeting from last week that was a follow up from a meeting back in April. Thankful for lots of follow ups around here!
II. Received a first round of unit carton quotes from Curtis packaging who I discovered via the Saie YouTube video on how they approach sustainable packaging. Excited about the potential there!
III. One personal one - took my sweet daughter school shopping for her preschool first day of school outfit and it was one of my favorite days! Seeing her sweet little excitement, getting one-on-one time with her, and having a lovely lunch together with bone broth, popovers and strawberry butter and chocolate chip cookies. Also a photo from another special mama and daughter day making keychains at my best friend’s daughter's birthday in their neighborhood park. Thankful for sweet little girls and sweet mom friendships.
